Syster is my father created an eBay store called E-Beauty House, a small family business that started selling nail products on eBay in 2009. We received very good feedback from customers there. In 2020, when COVID-19 ravaged the world, eBay classified nail art products as dangerous goods, preventing us from shipping overseas. Around the same time, my father retired, and my sister and I decided to carry on his legacy. We rebranded the business as Syster, shifting our focus to target local customers in Hong Kong.
