Gu Yuanyu, a senior nurse in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kwong Wah Hospital, embodies the dual roles of midwife and mother. This unique perspective enables her to deeply understand the needs of expectant and new mothers, fostering mutual trust and exemplifying the midwifery principle of being "With Women."Throughout her career, Ms. Gu has supported countless women through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care, blending compassion with professional expertise. One such woman, Dorothy, faced significant discomfort and uncertainty following childbirth.
